CONWAY, Ark.- This past weekend the University of Arkansas-Pine Bluff Volleyball Team competed at the Central Arkansas Lady Bears Invitational. UAPB lost 3-0 at the tourney to Louisiana Tech, Air Force and Central Arkansas.
Louisiana Tech defeated Arkansas-Pine Bluff 25-14, 25-10, and 25-17. The Lady Lions subsequently fell to Air Force 25-13, 25-16, 25-10 in their second match of the tournament. They concluded their tourney run losing to Central Arkansas 25-14, 25-19, and 25-12.
The team will now look to regroup as they prepare to host their second home match of the season on Monday, September 14th at 6:00 p.m. in H.O. Clemmons Arena against UCA.
