Pine Bluff, AR – With Camp all wrapped up and the season opener one week away, Head Coach Monte Coleman welcomed the media to Golden Lion Stadium for the 2012 media day. The entire coaching staff, as well as the full Golden Lion squad, was on hand to address questions about the upcoming season.  With what coach Coleman calls his most complete team, expectations are high for the Golden Lions.

The buzz around the stadium was electric as various media outlets turned out anxiously waiting to get the inside scoop on this year's football team.  After the team picture and selected group shots, the Golden Lion football staff held an hour and half interview session.  

Next Saturday the Golden Lions will take the field against Langston University in the Delta Classic for Literacy; setting the stage for the home opener against SWAC foe Alabama A&M on September 8^th. For ticket information, the Golden Lion Stadium ticket office can be reached at 870.575.8601
