Access to Golden Lions Stadium
All gates will open 90 minutes prior to game time and fans are encouraged to enter the stadium early. Game Management reserves the right to eject, and revoke tickets to future events without refund, for persons who violate any of the terms of the license (refer to back of ticket) or any state, local, or federal laws. Violators are subject to immediate arrest, prosecution, and permanent revocation of this license.

Do you have a problem in your seating area? Call the customer service hotline to have a member of the event staff come to your aid. Please note the stadium section, row and seat number(s) of the disruption. Operational hours for the hotline are from when the gates open to 30 minutes prior to the conclusion of the game.
Field Access
The Athletics Department asks that all patrons without proper credentials stay off the playing field level at all times. Violators will be subject to arrest and prosecution.
First Aid
First aid locations inside the stadium are below Section C at the East end of the Stadium an ambulance is parked by the first aid headquarters on the East side of the stadium. If you are in need of first aid, please see the nearest usher for assistance.
Lost & Found
Lost and found is located at the Athletics Ticket Booth, north of Gate 2 on the west side of the Golden Lions Stadium. Items lost or found should be reported to an usher. Unclaimed items will be discarded at the conclusion of the season.
Lost Children
Parents/guardians with a lost child should contact the nearest police officer or event staff member. That person will then contact the proper personnel to help remedy the situation quickly. If the child knows his/her seat location, the child will be returned to that location.
Restricted Items
All bags, backpacks, video cameras, large cases, fanny packs and purses (larger than 10" by 10") are prohibited and banned from the interior of the stadium. Only those items required for medical, family or child care needs, one 20 oz. unopened bottle of water will be allowed per person. All carried items and entrants are subject to search.
Prohibited Items
Prohibited items must be returned to the owner’s car or discarded. Any unlawful items are subject to confiscation, and the person in possession of such items is subject to arrest.
Prohibited items include, but are not limited to:
Artificial noisemakers
Backpacks, fanny packs, large purses (larger than 10" by 10")
Beach balls
Cameras (professional equipment or cameras with long telephoto lenses)
Chair backs or stadium seats (cushions are allowed)
Coolers or containers
Food and beverages
Pets (with the exception of service animals used by disabled guests)
Strollers
Toilet tissue
Umbrellas
Video cameras
Weapons
Stadium Re-Entry Policy
Re-entry will not be allowed. Patrons must purchase a new ticket in order to reenter the stadium.
Shuttles
Shuttle buses will provide ground transportation around the stadium complex starting three hours prior to the game.
Buses will run from designated points around the campus of UAPB.
Smoking Policy
In accordance with University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff smoking policy, there will be no smoking in areas where the general public congregates.
Special Seating Requirements
Reserved ADA seating is located in fifth row of Sections AA, BB, CC, DD, EE, FF, GG, HH and UU, TT, VV, WW for spectators in need of seating assistance. Seating in theses areas is on a first-come, first-served basis. Please notify the Athletics Ticket Office prior to game day to obtain disabled seating. Special seating fans are allowed to have one guest accompany them in the seating area.
Stadium Rules
Unauthorized solicitation, inside or outside the stadium, is prohibited. Throwing objects onto the playing field is prohibited and punishable by state and local law. Violators are subject to immediate arrest, prosecution, and revocation of tickets. All signs, banners, placards and leaflets are prohibited inside the stadium unless authorized in advance by the Athletics Department. Contact the Event Management Staff (870) 575-8717 for more information. In no case may the sign obstruct vision or endanger patrons. The athletics department reserves the right to move or remove any signs not meeting these specifications.
Tailgating Policies
Please limit your tailgating to the tailgating area. Their will not be any tailgating in the parking lot area. Remember to clean up your area before departing. No glass bottles, kegs or open fires are allowed in parking lots. Tents can be no larger than 10’x10’. Thank you for respecting your tailgating neighbors so that all fans can enjoy this Golden Lion tradition.
Ticket Information
The "Will-Call" window for the general public is located at the Athletics Ticket Office, North of Gate 6 on the North side of the Golden Lions Stadium. Single-game tickets may also be purchased at one of the ticket booths located on the North side and South side of the Golden Lions Stadium. Group tickets are not available the day of the game.
Third Party Ticket Sales
The University of Arkansas Pine Bluff Athletics Department does not handle third party ticket sales.
